UK CUSTOMERS

​Free shipping on orders over £100.

Shipping on other UK orders is £3.50.

It usually takes 2-4 business days for your parcel to reach you with a full tracking service available and photo confirmation of delivery. You will also receive a 2 hour delivery window on the day so that you can ensure that someone is home to receive your parcel.

Not going to be in? You can divert your parcel to a neighbour or safe place.

Refund Policy

At NAUTRA, we care for our customers just as much as we care for our oceans. We want to ensure that your experience with us is a positive one and that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. In order for you to make a conscious choice, we have described each item’s fabric, size and fit of our collection in as much detail as possible. However, we are well aware that sometimes things don’t turn out exactly as one expects them to. Therefore, in the event that you are not satisfied, we will do our best to solve your issue as quickly as possible!

We happily accept returns within 14-days after the delivery date.

​We only ask that the following requirements are met:

​Item/s must be in original condition (undamaged) with original labels and tags still attached.

Items must not be worn, washed, altered or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat or any other substance on them.

​We cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

We recommend that when trying the garments on, avoid wearing make-up or any beauty products that may mark or stain the items.

​HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

We know that returning items can be quite a daunting task, that’s why we want to make this process as simple and uncomplicated as possible. Below is a step by step guide outlining the returns process:

​Please notify us within 14 days of receipt that you would like to start a return by emailing contact@nautractivewear.com and please remember to include your order number

You will then receive an email with details on how to complete your return (detailed below).

We will provide you with a return address, we recommend that you use a tracked shipping option to send the order back to us.

Please obtain proof of postage and keep this safe until we have received your return.

Following receipt of the returned order, we will inspect the items, and if all is in order, issue a refund (VALUE OF ITEM/S ONLY).

Refunds can only be made to the debit/credit card, or Apple Pay account used for the original order

Please note that if 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we will be unable to offer you a refund.

Where possible, please return your item/s in the original packaging ensuring that the box is adequately sealed.

We recommend that you make use of the same cardboard box that your item/s came in.

REFUNDS

​We will send you an email notification once your return is received. We will then notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a refund (including return shipping reimbursement) will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

​We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

​EXCHANGES

​If you require a different size, colour or item, please note that we do not offer exchanges. Instead, we ask that you return the item following the steps mentioned above. To receive the new desired item, please place a new order for it.

​Also, please note that placing a new order does not guarantee that the refund for the original item/s will be approved if they are not sent back to us in their original condition as outlined in the steps.

FAULTY ITEMS

​In the rare case that one of our items shows an imperfection upon receiving it, we ask to let us know within 48 hours from the delivery time by emailing photos and a description of the imperfection to: contact@nautractivewear.com

​CANCELLATION OR ALTERATION OF ORDERS

​We usually process orders fairly quickly. Therefore, the sooner you let us know you wish to cancel your order the better. We are only able to cancel orders and apply an immediate refund if the order has not yet reached the packing stage.

​If you are unable to cancel your order in time, don’t worry! You will still be able to return your order for a refund as per the standard returns process.

​Please note that we can NOT change the items in your order. For that you need to place a new order. We can change your address, however, it depends if we can apply the change before shipping your order.
