◆ INSTRUCTIONS

* Warm Therapy – simply warm in the microwave for 2-3 minutes and Relax!
* Cool Therapy – simply freeze for 2-3 Hours and Enjoy!

The heat generally lasts for 20 minutes or longer.

◆ CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Do not wash, use this DIY spray to dry clean.

Ingredients:
– Undiluted vodka
– A few drops of essential oils, tea tree, lavender or others;
– Spray bottle

Apply mist & allow to dry in the sun. This kills odor producing bacteria and dries without residual scents.
