Rest of the world: 10-14 days, shipping cost: £7.99

We currently offer free delivery on orders over £85. Shipping costs can vary according to the country of delivery and items ordered. You'll see the exact shipping costs for your order before checkout. For deliveries outside the UK, you are responsible for all applicable customs duties and tax and VAT levied by the country in question.

Please email us at info@urbandlondon.com quoting your order number. We will refund your money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase and advise you when completed.
How to return your order or request an exchange:
Please email us at info@urbandlondon.com quoting your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. We will then provide you with a form detailing how to proceed. You must then return the products to us at your own cost within 14 days.
